What to Do if You Have No Heat:

• If you smell gas, please leave your home and contact the gas supplier from a neighbor's phone. Do not light any appliance, touch any electrical switch or use a phone inside your home. If you cannot reach the gas supplier, please call 911.
• If the power is out, your furnace cannot work. Please call your utility company to have electricity restored.
• If you have a digital thermostat and it's not displaying a temperature, try replacing the batteries.
• If your furnace is running, but no air is coming through the vents, call a certified HVAC technician for repair work.
